A special thank you to Tyler Hurst and D. Patrick Lewis for the opportunity to present at Scottsdale Camp at SkySong. It was a great time seeing so many familiar faces and some new. The following presentation is a slight moderation of the presentation that I delivered at the CenPho Camp earlier this year. Thank you to those of you that attended.
