Half Marathon Mix
I thought that I would share the latest mix that I made for the next half-marathon. I am looking forward to it but I always get some help with my cadence, pace and motivation from trusty tunes. I try to mix it up a bit but Armin Van Buuren’s live show has been good to me. That continuous track is a staple from both my training and the last race. I know that my music tastes are not the same as everyone’s but I thought that I would give you a glimpse. Again… purposefully a little over two hours in music. Hopefully I don’t listen to them all. That’s the goal anyway.

Ever listened to Aesop Rock? Some great running mixes from them, usually about 45-60 minutes long. Geared to start slow, accelerate, and then motivate near the end. All instrumental stuff, but pretty cool.
No I have not. I’ll have to check it out. Thanks for the recommendation.
